I was born in Burnaby, British Columbia and grew up in Chicago, Illinois.
I am currently a senior at Duke University pursuing dual majors in Computer Science and Psychology. I'm a strong believer in a multidisciplinary approach to solving problems. Art and design have been lifelong passions of mine, but more recently I have become interested in the intersection of design, psychology, and technology.
At Duke, I organize and direct design and branding for HackDuke, the premier collegiate hackathon addressing social good. I founded and organized IDEATE, Duke's first conference in design thinking and innovation. I am a Creative Director for Duke Innovative Design Agency. I design stuff and give tech support on new technologies like 3D printing and laser cutting at the Innovation Co-Lab.
In my free time, I love golfing, building things, attending music concerts, and exploring new places.
